Weekly Meal Plan



 
 (A picture of some of my kids and one of their cousins at the county fair.)

Sunday: Breakfast = Cereal and bacon
             Lunch      = Tomato and cheese sandwiches & chips
             Snack      = Instant Lunch cup of noodles
             Dinner     = Angel hair pasta, meat sauce and garlic bread

Monday: Breakfast = Grits, bacon, cantaloupe, and milk
               Lunch      = Most Excellent Sandwich, banana peppers, and chips
               Snack      = Peanut butter crackers
               Dinner     = Stuffed bell peppers, corn on the cob, steamed green beans, fried okra & corn bread.

Tuesday: Breakfast = Fried eggs, bacon, toast, & tomato slices.
               Lunch      = PB&J, & ants on a log
               Snack      = Peanuts
               Dinner     = Cheddar Baked Chicken, kidney beans, salad, and crescent rolls.

Wednesday: Breakfast = Country Breakfast Casserole (family recipe - I may post it later, if you want it leave a note and I will for sure.)
                    Lunch      = Tuna on crackers, carrot sticks, & sliced tomatoes.
                    Snack      = popcorn & nuts
                    Dinner      = Pizza  

Thursday: Breakfast = Peach Melba Breakfast, toast with jam, and bacon
               Lunch       = Hot dogs, chips, and fruit
               Snack       = Chex Muddy Buddies 
               Dinner       = Leftovers (make yeast roll dough ahead and put it in the fridge till tomorrow night)

Friday: Breakfast = Left over breakfast casserole
           Lunch       = bagels w/cream cheese, turkey, and carrot sticks
           Snack      = Peanut butter & banana slices on a piece of whole wheat toast
           Dinner      = Steak, baked potato, steamed green beans, corn on the cob, & yeast rolls.

Saturday: Breakfast =  Biscuits & sausage gravy w/fruit
               Lunch       = with friends at the Strawberry Patch Barn Sale
               Snack      = Something we pick up at the Strawberry Patch Barn Sale
               Dinner      = Beef pot pies
